Levallois, Victor Hugo

Offices as close as possible to transport

We own the office building at 30, rue Victor Hugo in Levallois. An integral part of the new district that has developed around the So Ouest shopping centre, this 5,862 square metre building is rented out to several tenants.

One of the main advantages of the building is the direct vicinity of the ring road and its connection to the many transport services available in Ile-de-France.

This ideally located building can be found 100 meters away from the Clichy-Levallois SNCF station which directly connects to the Saint-Lazare station, making the heart of Paris a mere 7 minutes away. In 2018, the launch of the T3b tramway, with the Porte d’Asnières – Marguerite Long stop 500 metres away, further confirms the advantage of this location.

Paris Léon Frot

Offices in the centre of the urban fabric

In 2016, we acquired a building, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, at the corner of Rue Léon Frot and Cité Beauharnais on Boulevard Voltaire and Rue des Boulets metro. The building is perfectly integrated into the district, and participates in its life with a food store located on the ground floor.

It features 2,091 m² of functional spaces, occupied by several tenants.

Le Gaïa, Nanterre

A workplace that becomes a real place of life

The ‘Le Gaïa’ building is an office asset held in co-ownership by PAREF and GA smart building, with a surface area of 11,124 m² and certified HQE®.
It is located near Paris in the city of Nanterre. Close to public transport and roads, it provides convenient and easy access.

The asset features spacious outdoor terraces, designer interior decoration, bright workspaces and parking spaces. Designed to adapt to new forms of work organisation, it benefits from great flexibility in the layout and mix of coworking, flex-office, open spaces and isolation features. It also has many services: concierge services, company restaurant, fitness, business centre, work café and lounge area.
The building was constructed with an energy optimisation strategy and has received HQE® certification. It has consumption monitoring and tracking software to monitor its environmental and energy performance.

Gentilly

Facing Paris, an office building dedicated to Research & Development

In 2015, we acquired an office building called ‘9 rue de Verdun’ which benefits from an exceptional geographical situation. Located on the border between Paris and Gentilly, it is close to public transport, the Grand Paris Express and the main roads (A6 motorway), giving the tenant practical and easy access.

Ideally located in an established and recognized service sector that hosts many nationally and internationally renowned companies, this 2,818 m² office building is entirely leased to IBM, which has installed its research and development activity there.

Dax

Hotel and spa residence

We wanted to make the most of the tourist attractions of the city of Dax which, with more than 60,000 visitors per year, is the leading spa resort in France. That is why, in the summer of 2007, PAREF acquired a hotel complex located 100 metres from the historic city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the shops.
Run by Thermadour, the complex consists of a three-star hotel (the Grand Hotel, 128 rooms and 65 apartments), a two-star hotel (Hotel Regina, 85 rooms and 20 studios), a residence (Résidence Régina, 65 apartments), a restaurant, a bar and areas dedicated to well-being and health with swimming pools and treatment rooms.

Saint-Paul-les-Dax

Hotel and spa residence

In 2007, we invested in a 15,000 m² thermal complex that combines quality of care and the beauty of its natural environment. The complex is located in the heart of the city, facing Lake Christus, close to the casino and to an aquatic fitness centre.
Run by Thermadour, our assets include a three-star hotel with 169 rooms and 80 studios, a restaurant, a bar, and above all an area dedicated to well-being and health, with swimming pools and treatment rooms.

Croissy-Beaubourg

Logistics warehouse and office space

Operations offices and warehouse with a surface area of more than 11,100 m² in an area ideally located at the junction of the A4 motorway and the N104, also known as the Francilienne.

It also has 17 unloading docks and 82 parking spaces.
