Accelerating growth

By carrying out an oversubscribed capital increase of €17 million, we accelerate our development. A new solution is offered to our partners and investors on the basis of three pillars (own-account management with PAREF SIIC, for individual investors through PAREF Gestion and for institutional investors through PAREF Investment Management) with integrated teams that operate in synergy.

Fosun becomes the main shareholder, accelerating PAREF Group’s international expansion

We receive decisive support from the international group Fosun, which becomes the majority shareholder of PAREF, giving us an international dimension.

SCPI Atlantique Pierre 1 confirms our reputation

We are selected as the portfolio management company to manage SCPI Atlantique Pierre 1, confirming our expertise in real estate management.

Launch of SCPI Novapierre Allemagne, the first SCPI in the market to invest abroad

We innovate by launching the first SCPI invested in Germany: Novapierre Allemagne, specialising in commercial real estate. Alongside this, we creat a new OPPCI: Boétie 54.

Recognised savoir-faire

We confirm our expertise as a Portfolio Management Company (PMS), and obtain the management or a new SCPI, SCPI Capiforce Pierre.

A new era begins: PAREF Gestion is approved by the AMF

PAREF Gestion obtains its licence as a portfolio management company (SGP) from AMF and the creation of OPPCI Vivapierre fund further diversifies managed products.

SCPI Propierre becomes Interpierre France

SCPI Propierre is renamed Interpierre France and specialises in commercial real estate.

Listing on Euronext, a new dimension

By listing PAREF on Euronext Paris, PAREF Group enters a new dimension and opts for the SIIC status (Listed Real Estate Investment Companies).

Launch of SCPI Novapierre 1, specialised in commercial real estate

By capitalising on our savoir-faire acquired from our other SCPI we launch SCPI Novapierre 1, specialising in commercial real estate. The SCPI’s assets are located throughout France.

PAREF is born, committed to multi-sector expertise

With in-house skills and expertise, and a strong desire to diversify our activities, we creat PAREF (Paris Realty Fund), an SCA specialising in multi-sector real estate investment.

Launch of the 1st value SCPI on the market

We launch SCPI Pierre 48, the first Value SCPI on the market, with the idea to generate long-term capital gains.
SCPI Pierre 48 specialises in residential real estate subject to the 1948 law and substitutes (life annuity, bare ownership, etc.), located mainly in Paris.

SCPI Management Company licence obtained

PAREF Gestion / Sopargem is approved as ‘SCPI Management Company’, first recognition of our commitment to improving performance and dynamism in our clients’ investments.

The birth of a company committed to real estate

Sopargem is incorporated and later renamed PAREF Gestion in order to provide our clients with our savoir-faire and expertise. Creation of SCPI Propierre.

Alex Gong
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Alex Gong joined the Fosun Group in 2011, after working at the Bank of Shanghai head office and Standard Chartered Bank in the People’s Republic of China. Previously, Alex Gong assisted the Samsung group in Korea in its financial, technological and real estate strategy.

Alex Gong holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Fudan University, as well as an MBA from the Institute for Management Development (IMD), obtained in 2005 in Lausanne, Switzerland.

He holds several administrative positions and mandates in other companies and holding companies:
Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Fosun International Limited, CEO of Fosun Hive Holdings (formerly Fosun Property Holdings), Vice President of Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart Co, Director of Resource Property, Non-executive Director of Shanghai Zendai and director of various group companies.

Antoine Castro
CEO

Antoine Castro has more than 20 years of experience in real estate management and management within international companies, such as: Fosun Hive Holding, Quantum Global Real Estate, Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Archon Group (Goldman Sachs subsidiary).

He joined PAREF Group in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer to inject new dynamism and develop the Group in Europe.

Antoine Castro holds a degree in Finance from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and in Corporate Finance from the University of Evry-Val-d’Essonne.

Antoine Onfray
Deputy CEO

Antoine Onfray has more than 10 years’ experience in finance and real estate strategy. He has held senior management positions in the General Inspection Department of Société Générale, Unibail-Rodamco, where he was Director of Financing, Treasury and Investor Relations, and Eurosic, where he was Deputy CFO.

He joined the PAREF Group in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and became Deputy CEO in 2018.
Antoine Onfray is an engineer, graduated from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile with a specialisation in finance and markets from ISAE-SUPAERO.

Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Fosun International Limited since 2011, Alex Gong has worked for several Chinese banking institutions, including the Bank of Shanghai and Standard Chartered Bank. He also advised the Samsung group in Korea on its strategy.

Honorary Chairman
Founder of PAREF Gestion and at the initiative of PAREF's initial public offering in 2005, Hubert Lévy-Lambert is now Honorary Chairman. He was previously CEO, Chairman of the Management Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Head of international capital activities at GTIS Partners, Dietrich Heidtmann has more than 25 years experience in capital markets, including 12 years in private real estate markets. He also chairs the Audit Committee
Liu Mingtao
Director
Vice President of Fosun Hive since 2011, Liu is also Managing Director Europe and Co-General Manager for Fosun Hive's Overseas Investment. Before joining the Group, he worked as Assistant General Manager and Head of Real Estate Investment at HNA Group.
