ANTOINE CASTRO

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Antoine Castro was previously Director and Head of European Investments and Private Equity and Head of European Investments and Real Estate Management of Fosun Hive between 2014 and 2017. He previously served as Head of the Real Estate Division of Quantum Global Real Estate from 2012 to 2014 and in this capacity launched the real estate business to globally develop the Angolan sovereign wealth fund's investments. As Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Real Estate from 2004 to 2011, he led numerous high profile transactions related to financing operations for the acquisition of large portfolios of assets, listed companies, real estate funds, buildings and development companies. Previously, he worked from 1999 to 2004 for Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs company) in France and Italy. Antoine Castro holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) in 1997 and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Évry-Val-d'Essonne in 1998.

HUBERT LÉVY-LAMBERT

HONORARY PRESIDENT

Hubert Levy-Lambert created PAREF Gestion (formerly Sopargem) in 1991 and then in 2005, carried out PAREF's initial public offering. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Executive Board, and then Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Before structuring the PAREF group, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Caisse Centrale de Crédit Immobilier, Mission Director at Banque Indosuez and then at Société Générale, Chief Executive Officer of Ficofrance, Deputy Director at Société Générale, Deputy Director at the Direction de la Prévision, reporter at the Commissariat au Plan and mission manager at the Commune des Régions Sahariennes. Hubert Levy-Lambert is a graduate from École Polytechnique (1953), École des Mines (1955) and holds an MBA from HEC (1962).

MINGTAO LIU

DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Mingtao Liu is currently President of Fosun Hive Overseas and Head of Europe. He is also Managing Director of the European Department and Co-Managing Director of the Overseas Asset Management Department of Fosun Hive. Previously, he was Deputy Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at HNA Group China. He is also a member of the Investment Committee.

LINGYU CAI

DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Lingyu Cai joined Fosun Hive in 2018 as Director of Human Resources for Europe. She was previously Head of Human Resources at Huawei Technologies in charge of defining and implementing the HR strategy. Lingyu Cai has also worked as Recruitment Manager for more than 6 years and as an interpreter for 4 years. Lingyu Cai holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Interpreting from the University of Leeds.

MICHAELA ROBERT

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT OF THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION

Michaela Robert is Managing Director at Eastdil Secured. She is a founding partner of Finae Advisors, an independent real estate finance consulting firm created in 2009. Michaela Robert previously worked for 10 years as a lawyer in real estate law and structured finance in international law firms. In 2005, she joined the real estate investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley as Finance Director. Responsible for the financing of all the investments made by the different funds in France, Spain and Benelux, this experience allowed her to build a solid banking network and to acquire an in-depth knowledge of financing issues. Michaela Robert holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Paris Dauphine, a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Nanterre, and a diploma from the Hauts-de-Seine Bar School.

DIETRICH HEIDTMANN

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Dietrich Heidtmann joined GTIS Partners in 2014 as a Director and opened the GTIS office in Paris. He is responsible for the international capital activities. He has 26 years of experience in capital markets, including 12 years in private markets specializing in real estate. Prior to joining GTIS, he worked as Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets for AXA Real Estate and was a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, Dietrich Heidtmann worked for Morgan Stanley for 20 years as Director, Head of Real Estate Private Capital Markets for the Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific regions. Dietrich Heidtmann graduated from the University of Mannheim in 1988 with an MBA (Diplomkaufmann).

VALERIE GUILLEN

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Valérie Guillen has been Managing Director at Chestone Capital since 2019, after having been President of Emerige Capital, a management company created and licensed in 2016. From 2009 to 2015, she was Director of Institutional Real Estate Development at La Française REM, after having served as Director of Investments and Arbitrages in commercial real estate in 2007 and 2008. Previously, Valérie Guillen was President of SIIC Foncière Massena (2004-2007) and President of Masséna Property (2000-2007). Valérie Guillen holds a Master's degree in Management and a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in Corporate Finance n°255 (Paris IX Dauphine).

LIANG SHAN

DIRECTOR

Liang Shan is CFO of Fosun Hive, Co-General Mangaement Department of Fosun Group since 2014. Until 2014, he held the positions of Co-CFO Fosun Hive and Assistant to the President and Co-General Manager of Fosun Group Finance Management, previously he held various positions in KPMG and Fosun Shanghai Branch (2004-2014). He graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai.

YUFEI-JIN

DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Yufei Jin is Head of European Real Estate Investments at Fosun Property Holdings. She has previously held various management positions in the Asset Management and Portfolio Management teams of Fosun Group. Yufei Jin is a graduate of Renmin University of China and London School of Economics and Political Science MSc in Finance and Economics.
